This blend is our everyday workhorse in the shop that makes our espresso beverages so good. A medium-lightish roast lends to a low-acid cup when brewed for drip coffee but can shine with some welcome brightness as an espresso. Prominent tasting notes of milk chocolate pair perfectly with a semi-sweet teddy graham and mild nuttiness making for a crowd-pleasing coffee good on its own and with cream of choice.
