Sweet, well balanced cup with an overlaying dark chocolate/cocoa throughout the cup that lingers well after first sip. As the coffee begins to cool, it starts to pop with some complex fruit acidity and sweetness remaniciant of stone fruits that fade to sweet guava with a heavy honey like body. Body in the cup it is still very clean (clear, transparent) with a heavier/coating mouthfeel.
